The Half-Yearly Communication and Conference of Grand Lodge will be held at the Freemasons Hall, North Terrace, Adelaide, commencing 2:00 PM.

 

The Communication is scheduled to commence at 6:00 PM.     

STREET DRESS/LOUNGE SUIT WITH FULL REGALIA

Registration for the Conference/Communication should be made with the Grand Secretary.      

Parking  (Conference & Communication ONLY)

(Please note that parking will NOT be available in the Grand Lodge Car Park)

Parking may be available in the Wilson Car Park on the western side of the Grand Lodge building depending on public use during the day.

Entry is by the front door on North Terrace and payment is to be made at the Pay Station just inside the park – the cost is $6.00 and must be paid in coins only but no 50 cent coins.

Mixed Dinner to follow the Conference/Communication will be held in the Sam Jacobs Room, Freemasons Hall, Adelaide, commencing at

7:00 PM, at a cost of $65.00 per head (GST inclusive).  Reservations and payment must be made by either post or in person to the Grand Lodge Office before Friday, 29th September 2017. Entry to the dinner will be by Pre-paid Ticket only.

 

Mixed Dinner Parking is available at Wilson Parking, 251 North Terrace., Adelaide at a cost of $5.00 per car (after 6:00 PM).  Access to this car park will be via the Freemasons Car Park Roller Door entrance on the eastern side of the building as usual, but the exit from the Wilson Car Park will also be via the roller door at the rear of the building behind the Freemasons Hall.

 

Wilson Car Park will be closed at 6:00 PM and there will be no exit via this FRONT door.

Master Masons are reminded they are members of Grand Lodge, Fellow Crafts and Entered Apprentices are most welcome to attend the Communication.
