On the 29th July 2016 Edwardstown Lodge held their 69th Installation Ceremony at the Edwardstown Masonic Hall.

A little over 100 Brethren gathered to attend the Installation Ceremony of Master-Elect Bro. Gary Joerin SW.

Included were MWBro. Stephen Michalak GM;  MWBro. Parsons IPGM;  RWBro. Bill Merrill DGM;  RWBro. Wayne Hancock GDC;  28 Grand Lodge Officers; 25 Edwardstown Lodge Brethren;  37 visitors – together with Brethren from their daughter Lodge Edwardstown Lewis, Twinning Lodge Earl of Chester and 12 from the Duke of Leinster Lodge (Irish Constitution).

MWBro. Stephen Michalak officiated at the Ceremony as Installing Master. He stated that he had been eagerly anticipating this Installation since Bro. Joerin first approached him to be the Installing Master.

The Grand Master and Bro. Joerin have developed a close working relationship attending to Masonic duties  since MWBro. Michalak became Grand Master in April 2015 but more so, as the two of them work together co-ordinating the ENewsletter.

MWBro. Michalak chose his team carefully selecting Brethren well-known to Bro. Joerin thus giving a more meaningfull aspect to the Installation Ceremony.

At the First Time of Asking the Most Worshipful Grand Master presented WBro. Joerin with a book that had been handed down to him from one of his peers.  Bro. Joerin was then asked to hand this book down to someone he himself considered to be deserving of it in the future.

The meeting was a great success with eight Master Masons Invested/Installed into their respective office for the first time including the Master.  Well done to all involved.
